How to fix error in photos app with Finding people message never going away

Photos App Ver 9.0

In the Photos App I have had this message in the “Peoples” section for months. Library has 85K photos and 6K videos. I thought that after a couple weeks it would disappear but it hasn’t. The last time I added anything to the library was 3 months ago.

The Photos App is on the internal 4TB drive and I do not have any external drives connected to the iMac.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
