The police arrested four youths, involved in several incidents of phone snatching. The accused have been identified Harvinder Singh, alias Honey, Ankit, Gorav of Phase-11 and Ganga Charan of Bareilly. As many as 19 mobile phones and a two-wheeler were recovered from them. The police said Honey, Ankit and Gorav used to snatch phones from passersby and sell it to Ganga Charan who was employed in Phase 11. A case was registered against them at the Mataur police station.
