Nevada State Police is reporting a fatal crash in the Silver Springs area.
It happened just after 6 p.m. near mile marker 27 on U.S. 50.
It is unknown if there were additional injuries in the crash or how many cars were involved.
Avoid the area if possible and use an alternate route.
