U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. – Just in time for prom season, a business offering elegant, eye-catching dresses and other fashions is opening this weekend at Promenade Saucon Valley.

The new store will occupy the former Sweet Diehl Boutique space, next to L.L. Bean.

Select preview hours of the new Dolly’s location will be held on Thursday and Friday.

Dolly’s also operates location on Freemansburg Avenue in Wilson and Hamilton Street in downtown Allentown.

“Known for its personalized shopping experience, Dolly’s Boutique caters to fashion-forward individuals looking for unique pieces that reflect their personal style,” the shopping center announced in a news release earlier this month.

The addition of Dolly’s Dressing Room follows a string of successes that have led Promenade Saucon Valley to significantly expand its tenant roster over the past several months.

Businesses opening at the lifestyle center over the past year and a half include Fulton Bank, J.Crew Factory, Slime Time II, Rally House, Five Guys, SmARTivities Showcase, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls.

Set to join the shopping center’s roster later this spring are Color Me Mine, a contemporary paint-your-own pottery franchise, which is opening next to Batch Microcreamery; Relux, a locally owned boutique offering pre-owned, authenticated luxury fashions and accessories, which is opening between Carter’s and SmARTivities Showcase; The Hive, a curated marketplace showcasing a diverse mix of handcrafted goods, apparel, accessories, home décor and more from local artisans and emerging brands, which is opening next to American Eagle; and Mental Strength Ritual, a “unique wellness destination specializing in an FDA-cleared technology called Transcranial Mental Stimulation,” opening next to Altar’d State.

Additionally, Sephora, a popular retail chain selling makeup, skincare, fragrances and more, is planning to open a new retail store in spring 2026 in a space near Athleta.

Promenade Saucon Valley has also recently bid farewell to some businesses, including Go! Calendars, Toys & Games and Lashes by Gab, the latter of which vacated its three-year-old Promenade Saucon Valley location to focus on its Allentown location.

Additionally, Lucky Brand, an original Promenade tenant offering men’s and women’s clothing and accessories, will hold its last day of business at the center on March 31.
