Google launched its new flagships in August, and if you ask me, smartphones don’t get any better than this right now.
We promptly installed the Pixel 10 Pro XL as the best phone you can buy right now, with the 10 Pro and regular Pixel 10 not far behind.
And the good news is that all three are discounted for Amazon Prime Day, or ‘Prime Big Deal Days’, as it’s officially known. Just be quick, as these deals are set to expire at midnight tonight!
Let’s start with the regular Pixel 10. It was already solid value for money at £799 in the UK, but a 6% discount drops it to £749 – that’s almost mid-range phone territory.
In the US, the savings are even bigger – it’s now $649 with a 19% price drop.
Need more than 128GB of storage? The 256GB model is down to £849/$724, with US customers getting a much better deal once again. These prices apply to all four colours – Obsidian, Frost, Indigo and Lemongrass.

However, the deal is undoubtedly sweeter for the Pixel 10 Pro. In the UK, not only is it down to £949 with a £50 discount, but you get a free pair of Pixel Buds Pro 2, which are usually worth £219. In total, you’re looking at a saving of £269.
In the US, there are no free earbuds, but the standalone discount is much higher. Rather than the $999 starting price, it costs just $799 – that’s a major 20% discount. Again, you can find similar discounts on high-end models with more than 128GB of storage.
Then there’s the Pixel 10 Pro XL. You can get £70 off the starting price of the phone in the UK, meaning it’s now £1,129, but with the free Pixel Buds Pro 2, it’s more like a £289 saving.
Meanwhile, there’s a straight $250 off in the US, meaning it’s now just $949. Price was one of the few downsides of the 10 Pro XL in our 4.5-star review, but that’s been addressed here.
The only snag is that you’ll need to be an Amazon Prime member to access these deals. However, if you’ve never signed up before, you can get a free 30-day trial. Just be sure to cancel before the 30 days are up to avoid being charged the usual £8.99/$14.99 monthly fee.
If you were already considering a Pixel phone or are in the market for a top-tier Android handset, now is a great time to pick one up. However, these deals are set to expire at the end of Prime Day at 11.59pm (BST in the UK, PT in the US) tonight, so you’ll need to be quick.
