2. Louisiana woman arrested following death of Kansas City reporter covering Super Bowl
Danette Colbert of Slidell, La., is facing charges related to property crimes and fraud and was seen leaving reporter Adan Manzano’s Kenner hotel room alone on Feb. 5, Kenner police said during a press conference. Manzano’s death was announced the next day after police found him unresponsive in the room.
3. St. Louis-area streets and highway departments all set for next winter storm
Local streets, highway and transportation departments are confident about facing any looming storm after last month’s storm took a lot of salt, brine, and ultimately sunlight to clear.
4. Police fear there are more victims after St. Louis man charged with sex trafficking teens
Keron Austin Williams, 29, of Saint Louis, awaits two court dates after being charged for rape and sex trafficking of juveniles in Ferguson. In a press conference, Ferguson police announced they believe there are more victims connected to Williams.
