Emergency crews responded to a crash on US-395 Southbound near Stead Boulevard on Thursday morning at around 10:40 a.m.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, a white Nissan Rogue was traveling south in the number one lane when it swerved into the median for unknown reasons.
The car hit a mile marker post and then collided with the guardrail.
Traffic camera footage captured the incident.
The driver’s side door became pinned against the guardrail.
First responders were able to remove the driver from the car with little to no issue.
The driver, an adult female, was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The official cause of the crash is under investigation.
