The confectionery company is responsible for a wide range of popular chocolates in the UK, including Time Out, Flake, Double Decker, Crunchie, Freddo, and the classic Dairy Milk.
But not all Cadbury chocolates hang around forever.
Some are discontinued, whether it be due to a drop in sales or the changing tastes of customers.

But, much to the delight of fans, several discontinued Cadbury chocolates have returned to UK shelves in 2025:
Cadbury Dream
The Cadbury Dream chocolate bar was first launched in the UK back in 2001.
However, Cadbury discontinued the chocolate just a year later (in 2002), citing the changing tastes of customers as the reason for its decision.

The popular chocolate bar has been spotted in the UK twice this year, 23 years after it was discontinued.
It was spotted by eagle-eyed shoppers on sale at The Range in July, and it is currently available at B&M as part of the Cadbury Favourites chocolate box, which is imported from Australia.
Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly
The Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly chocolate bar was first launched in the UK in 2003 as a replacement for Wispa bars, but was discontinued when Wispa was relaunched in 2007.
A new Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly bar was launched in the UK in 2012, expanding to overseas markets and later including additional flavours.
It was subsequently discontinued in the UK, but remains available in countries overseas, including Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
But shoppers spotted, what Mondelez International (Cadbury owners) confirmed to be, a 2012 version of the discontinued chocolate bar in Farmfoods in August, on sale for 59p (or two for £1).
Cadbury Top Deck
Cadbury’s Top Deck chocolate bar was first released in the UK back in 1993 before being discontinued in the early 2000s.
In 2024, Cadbury re-launched the Top Deck chocolate bar as part of the company’s 200th anniversary celebrations.
The 90s chocolate bar consists of two layers of creamy white and milk chocolate, giving fans “the best of both worlds”.

It was still available to buy in places like Farmfoods and major supermarkets, including Tesco, Asda, and Morrisons earlier this year.
Cadbury Crispello
Cadbury first launched its Crispello chocolate bar back in 2012, claiming it was aimed at women.
The chocolate bar didn’t last long, being discontinued only a few years after its release.
However, it returned to the UK in 2025, with shoppers spotting it in B&M in April.
Cadbury Dairy Milk Shortcake Biscuit
Cadbury Dairy Milk Shortcake Biscuit chocolate bars were discontinued in the UK back in 2008.
