SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The City of Shreveport is holding a news conference Tuesday, Oct. 15 to announce a useful new tool for citizens.
Mayor Tom Arceneaux and Chief Technology Officer Shocker Creal will announce the city’s new citizen engagement app, called Port City 311, at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning. The app replaces SeeClickFix.
The new tool is available online at www.shreveportla.gov, and is available as a free downloadable app in the Apple and Google Play stores.
