Discontinued Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate returns to Farmfoods
Now, Cadbury’s previously discontinued Dairy Milk Bubbly chocolate bar has returned, spotted in the UK for the first time in 22 years at Farmfoods.
The chocolate was originally launched as Wispa back in 1981, before being re-branded as Dairy Milk Bubbly in the early 2000s, according to The Sun.
While Wispa returned to UK stores in 2007, cementing its place as a Cadbury staple, the Bubbly chocolate bar was discontinued in 2003, never to be seen again. Until now.
Shoppers have now spotted Dairy Milk Bubbly chocolate bars on sale in Farmfoods for 59p (or two for £1).
Chocolate lovers on the Facebook group Food Finds UK Official rejoiced at the find, with one person commenting: “The bubbly bar has returned?”
Another added: “These look good.”
While a third person simply posted: “Oh my god.”
Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly is still available in countries overseas, including Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
