Canada-based actress Linda Chung dropped by the house of her good friend, actress Myolie Wu, with her daughter Kelly when she returned to Hong Kong recently.
“10 minutes of screen time = 10 minutes of adult conversation,” Chung, 40, wrote on social media on April 4. “Nice catching up with you @myoliemyolie.”
The former TVB actress included three photos with the post – one of her with Wu, and another two pictures showing both of them with their children. The two actresses become good friends after starring in the period drama House Of Harmony And Vengeance (2012).
Wu, 45, commented under the post: “Thank you for coming to see us, Auntie Linda. The boys loved hanging out with Kelly. Hope our two families can travel together one day.”
Chung, who is known for TV series such as Limelight Years (2015) and Kids’ Lives Matter (2021), is married to chiropractor Jeremy Leung. Besides Kelly, eight, they also have a son Jared, six, and daughter Anika, two.
Wu is married to businessman Philip Lee and they have three sons – Brendan, seven; Ryan, five; and Liam, who turned four in early April.
Mr Lee, 52, was in the news in March when he was spotted by a Hong Kong magazine hugging several women at a pub while celebrating his birthday.
He took to Instagram later to address the report, saying that he was a “a big hugger”.
Wu has so far kept mum in public about the incident and did not post any family photos marking Liam’s birthday. Neither did she appear in the Instagram photos posted by Mr Lee marking their youngest son’s birthday.
