Sheryl Wilkins was found unresponsive by emergency services in High Road near a B&M store car park at 7.30am on August 24.
The 39-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, prompting a police investigation to be launched.
Simon Levy, 40, of Beaufoy Road, Tottenham, was arrested on September 4 and charged on September 7 with murder.
Whilst in police custody, the 40-year-old was further arrested on suspicion of two counts of rape, grievous bodily harm, and intentional strangulation relating to another victim.
The arrest related to an incident that occurred in High Road which was reported on January 25.
A 35-year-old woman is being supported by the Metropolitan Police.

Levy was charged with all the offences, including Sheryl’s murder.
Detectives continue to appeal for witnesses and information – anyone who can help is urged to contact the police via 101, quoting 1721/24AUG.
