26th April 2025 – (Hong Kong) Miss Rosanna Law, the Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, will leave for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia tomorrow afternoon to strengthen ties and foster collaboration between Hong Kong and the Middle East in the areas of culture, sports, and tourism.
Her visit to the UAE, scheduled from 27th to 30th April, will include participation in the Arabian Travel Market 2025. During her stay, Miss Law is set to meet with government officials, trade representatives, and organisations focused on cultural and tourism development.
Miss Law will then travel to Saudi Arabia on 1st May to continue her efforts in building stronger connections with the region. She is expected to return to Hong Kong on the evening of 1st May (Thursday).
While Miss Law is away, the Under Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Raistlin Lau, will serve as the Acting Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism.
