The popular television channel says Bend earned its spot through its beer scene, recreational opportunities, and its walkability. The article also mentions Bend as the location for the world’s last Blockbuster.
Bend is in good company, other downtown areas that made the list are located in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California and Virginia City, Nevada.
