The suspect reportedly brandished a stun gun on a 19-year-old employee advising that, “he doesn’t wanna get hurt,” before stealing the phones.
SAN ANTONIO — Authorities say $10,000 worth of phones were stolen during an armed robbery at an west-side Boost Mobile.
On March 6, around 10:15 a.m., officials say a suspect entered a Boost Mobile located on the 9714 block of Potranco Road, asking a 19-year-old employee for help purchasing a phone.
The suspect then allegedly brandished a stun gun and arched the probes advising the victim, “he doesn’t want to get hurt,” before stealing around $10,000 worth of phones.
Officials said the suspect then left the scene in an unknown direction.
Crime Stoppers says they may offer up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
