Newark Liberty International Airport suffers second outage

A second air traffic control outage at one of the busiest international airport is exposing the nation’s strained and aging system. For the second time in two weeks, Newark Liberty International Airport suffered a tech outage where controllers lost contact with pilots. The FAA says it is speeding up plans to upgrade the system.
