DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) – Houston and Dale County Sheriff’s Offices are the latest to join the Sheriff app platform to improve communication with residents.
Both agencies announced their respective apps this week with various capabilities for public safety.
Users can stay up to date on emergencies and public safety information and access the sex offender registry maps. The apps will also provide access to inmate rosters and information related to the county jails.
An anonymous tip feature allows users to communicate with law enforcement and connect easily.
The two agencies join Coffee County, which joined the platform over a year ago.
