A long-awaited return to the UK is on the horizon for a popular indie band, who will kick off their tour in Glasgow.
California-based indie-pop trio Bad Suns have announced their Acceleratour UK and European tour, beginning at King Tut’s on February 28, 2026, before heading to cities including Dublin, Manchester, and London.
The band said: “We’re incredibly excited to finally be returning to the UK and Europe, bringing the Acceleratour to the fans who have been patiently waiting since our last shows there.
“This record is very special to us and it’s not lost on us how lucky we are to get to play it so far from home.

“We’re looking forward to seeing everyone next spring.”
Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday, October 10, at 10am here.
Bad Suns—frontman and guitarist Christo Bowman, bassist Gavin Bennett, and drummer Miles Morris—have been making music together since 2012 when they were teenagers.
They quickly gained attention for their blend of indie-rock and ‘80s-inspired synth melodies.
The tour will support their fifth studio album, Accelerator, released in August, which has already surpassed over 11 million streams worldwide.
Christo said: “I didn’t want this record to be too self-help-oriented, but I did want every song, one way or another, to relate some wisdom I’ve gained.”
The album’s standout single, Communicating, reached number 19 on the alternative rock charts and was named one of Rolling Stone’s Best Songs of the Year So Far.
Christo said: “My 20s were a challenging time with a lot of peaks and a lot of valleys.
“There’s a lot of joy, a lot of mistakes.
“This album is ultimately about finding the strength within yourself to assess the damage that’s been done and make the changes that you need to in order to take control of your own life, kind of reckoning with the fact that you can’t control the external circumstances.”
