Annie Suwan from 90 Day Fiancé has made changes to her lifestyle and eating habits due to health issues she had been facing during her pregnancy. Originally from Thailand, Annie came to the United States on a K-1 visa and married her American husband, David Toborowsky, in 2017. Seven years into the marriage, Annie and David decided to start a family together. They underwent IVF treatment in early 2024, and Annie got pregnant by July of the same year. However, Annie has been struggling with health challenges during her pregnancy, including back pain, heartburn, and mood swings.
Although Annie just confirmed she doesn’t have diabetes, her doctor has asked her to monitor her blood glucose levels and weight. This has motivated her to adopt a new healthy lifestyle.
Annie recently posted a video on Instagram of herself making “pork soup” with vegetables, explaining how she has started cooking at home to avoid eating out in Thailand. She mentioned that cooking at home allows her to control the ingredients she uses in her meals, which is especially important given her current health challenges. Annie appeared excited as she showed off her fresh green vegetables while cooking in her “little tiny kitchen” in her condo in Thailand.
